I'm a Past Master of St. John's Lodge #1, Portsmouth, New Hampshire USA, which is the oldest continuously operated Lodge in this part of the world, established by the Grand Master of England in 1736. Still going strong today !!.

Ich bin auf dem Weg, Steinmetzin zu werden. Da ich mich sowohl mit der Geschichte dieses Handwerks, als auch mit Architekturtheorie und Baukunst auseinandersetze, bekam ich sehr bald Hinweise auf die Verbindung zur Freimaurerei und auf Ihre Bibliothek - die Onlinerecherche war sehr ergiebig! Ich hoffe, an einigen Punkten weiterzukommen! Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, die Bibliothek zu besuchen und dort zu arbeiten? Das wäre wunderbar!

I went to Nuremberg last December and travel to Bayreuth just to visit your German Museum. It's abeatifull big house and I am sure you have great conditions to work down there, but I was very surprised to visit the exibition because all the explanations are written in german only! So if you are foreigner and don't speak german, you are not able to understand anything at all...You have the right to do so, but I am very sorry, that's not really in the fraternity of mason spirit and soul.
